What machine is used? 

Muscle Target Group: Triceps

 Tricep Push Down.

1. Stand erect ([THEY ASSUME YOU KNOW WHAT IT MEANS, so Body upright)

2. Place feet shoulder-width apart

3. Use overhand grip from 6 to 8 inches (15-20cm) apart.

4. Squeeze upper arms against ribs.

5: Begin with bar at chest height.
